Rockey von Rhein is a stunning 5 year-old red and black coated German Shepherd. A bigger boy with an easygoing personality, Rockey charms everyone he meets with his big, shaggy good looks! In playgroup, he greets dogs well, and comfortably mingles with the group. He is social and friendly with dogs but gravitates towards hanging out with people and soaking up all the attention. He may even give you a gentle kiss in thanks! He walks well on a leash with a little skip to his trot!  He is not a fan of kitties or little white fluffy dogs, but was very patient with a shepherd puppy who jumped all over his face.  He was turned into a county animal shelter with a dog from the same family (who was adopted). The staff at the shelter was in love with him from the beginning, and he had the best write up notes. The shelter put the reason for him being relinquished as "lack of commitment," we have never seen that before.  Come meet our spectacular dog and fall in love!
